3. Registration and Attendance

3.1 Workshop Registration

• Registration is required for workshops with limited capacity
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Registration confirmations will be sent via email
• Spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances
• If a workshop is canceled, registered participants will be notified via email

• We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the workshop to allow others to attend

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified, our introductory workshops are offered free of charge. For paid workshops or corporate training:

• Payment terms will be clearly stated during registration
• All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• Refund policies will be specified for each paid workshop

5. User Conduct

When attending our workshops or using our services, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Not disrupt or interfere with workshops or presentations
• Not record audio or video without explicit permission
• Not share proprietary workshop materials without authorization

Materials provided for personal learning may be used for your own educational purposes only.

• That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
